Our philosophy
West Richmond Friends meeting offers inclusive, fun and interactive Christian spiritual formation activities. There is a play room/nursery for children under three years of age. For children aged 3 - 9, we offer Sunday school lessons utilizing the Godly Play curriculum. Our staff and volunteers aim to meet students where they are and foster the enjoyment of learning and spiritual discovery for every child and young person who visits our meeting.

Our team
At West Richmond Friends Meeting, the whole meeting is invested in supporting the spiritual growth of our young people. We have an active Education Committee, we participate in collaborations with the other Quaker meetings and we have a long-standing connection to the Quaker Fellows program at Earlham College.

Keeping kids safe
West Richmond Friends Meeting takes child safety seriously. Because of this, every person who works with our children has had a background check. We have adopted this child protection policy (LINK).
